Services:

Client Responsibilities:

Confidentiality and Privacy:

b. The client acknowledges that H O M E C A R E caregivers may have access to personal and confidential information. H O M E C A R E will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of such information.
Fees and Payment:

b. Payment terms, including billing frequency and methods of payment, will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and H O M E C A R E prior to the initiation of services.
c. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client agrees to provide reasonable notice to H O M E C A R E to allow for appropriate transition or arrangement of alternative care.
b. H O M E C A R E reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms, poses a risk to the safety or well-being of caregivers, or engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior.
Limitation of Liability:
a. H O M E C A R E will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However, H O M E C A R E will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control or from the actions or omissions of the client or third parties.
